OUR CRITERIA
Target Size: Companies with revenue of $25-100 million and EBITDA of $3-15 million
Deal Structure: Majority investments (will consider minority in limited situations); $10-30 million per equity investment.
Geography: Generally, U.S.-based, with domestic and global reach that can immediately leverage our category expertise.
